After the initial consult, you will receive a curated 6-week lifestyle guide with goal setting worksheets, wellness tips, recommended reads, and more.
At the beginning of each week, we'll meet over zoom to review your goals, accomplishments, and challenges, and we'll close the session with an action plan.
For building resilience, we believe in falling in love with movement. We'll pair you with a Strength Performance Plan and a 30-day training routine.
Based on your progress and goals, we'll create a personal and professional passion roadmap, which could include new skill learning, travel, creative projects, and more.
At the closing of the coaching program, you'll walk away with tools and practices to maintain a resilient mindset, as well as a cheery send off of "happy graduation day!"
